It’s hard to keep it going when the weather turns. I’ve lost my edge, stopped working out, and I’m not eating great. That said, I do have some good new habits. I look forward to picking back up after bike season. But I did get my goal! 200 pounds!!!

p90x update

I’ve been less than perfect in this process, but I’m seeing results. I have been working to stick to 1700 calories a day and I need to up it. I feel drained, but healthier. Overall, my complaint is the discipline I lack, and that’s my fault. The weather is too nice. This is better for the winter months. Still, I love it!
